    South Carolina mustard sauce is my favorite discovery since living here. Being from NC, I feel bad betraying our nommie vinegar sauce but the mustard is better.

    Hilarious. And true! I love BBQ. My personal favorite is Carolina Sweet, but for sandwiches Maurice's can't be beat.
