husband got a new job (!) but the old job was paying for our internet and we're moving in a few weeks (more on that later) so there's no point in hooking up the internet at our current house only to have one more service to move. so, no internet for us for the past few weeks - and blogging from the phone is less than ideal. in the mean time, here is a picture of one of the best books i've read all year:
